AMD is officially lowering the prices of its NAVI GPUs in order to rival NVIDIA’s SUPER GPUs

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again; competition is great for consumers. Recently, NVIDIA revealed its new SUPER GPUs that appeared to be more powerful than AMD’s upcoming GPUs. Confirmed: NVIDIA’s next-generation GPUs, coming out in 2020, will be using Samsung’s 7nm tech

NVIDIA has stated that its next-generation graphics cards will be in 7nm. During a press conference in Seoul, NVIDIA’s Korea chief Yoo Eung-joon confirmed that its next-gen GPUs, which may release in 2020, will be using Samsung’s 7nm extreme ultraviolet process. Windows 10, Intel and NVIDIA dominate Steam’s June 2019 Hardware & Software Survey

Steam has revealed its June 2019 hardware and software survey and as we can see, Windows 10 dominates the OS charts. Microsoft’s latest operating system has been adopted by 71% of the survey takers, leaving behind Windows 7 with 22% and Windows 8.1 with 3%. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080/2070/2060 Super to be officially announced on July 2nd + first reviews

NVIDIA has confirmed that it will officially announce its new SUPER graphics cards on July 2nd. The models that the green team confirmed were the RTX2080 Super, the RTX2070 Super and the RTX2060 Super. Contrary to some earlier rumours, there won’t be a “Super” variant for the RTX2080Ti. GeForce Hotfix Driver 431.18 fixes crashes in Shadow of the Tomb Raider & flickering issues in GTA5

NVIDIA has released a brand new hotfix driver for its graphics cards. According to the release notes, the GeForce Hotfix Driver 431.18 fixes a game crash or TDR when launching Shadow of the Tomb Raider on a Pascal GPU, as well as a bug that could cause the benchmark to quit when running with ray tracing is enabled. Lightspeed Studios has released the first update for the RTX version of id Software’s classic shooter, Quake 2. Quake 2 RTX is now available for download on Steam for free

And the time has finally come ray-tracing fans. NVIDIA has just released Quake 2 RTX on Steam for free. This free version includes the 3 levels from the original shareware distribution, and Quake 2 RTX is also compatible with the full game (so those owning it will be able to experience the entire game with ray tracing). NVIDIA may announce new RTX 2060, 2070 and 2080 “Super” GPUs at E3 2019
