Zachariah Scott has released an amazing Source Filmmaker Short movie that is inspired by Portal 2. As Scott describes, this video was shot on black void, using a rebuild version of glados’ chamber that I put together by hand. The video features music from Lars Erik Fjøsne, however we should also give our thumbs up to JP Neufeld for mixing Glados’ voice to Lars song. YouTube’s member ‘taltigolt’ an amazing GTA IV video in which the player causes chaos and havoc with Portal 2’s characters, Atlas and P-Body. This mod was created by modders indirivacua, stanchi, and cacho98 and can be downloaded from GTA4-Mods. Good news for Portal 2 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive players as Valve has released new updates for them. Portal 2’s update comes with various optimizations and rendering improvements for the Puzzle Maker, better item handle interactions and better progress indication for compiling puzzles. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive’s update, on the other hand, features updated weapons based on performance metrics, bot behavior has been adjusted to fix the “antline” looking behavior and player spawns have been added to all maps to support up to 30 players. Portal fans, get ready as the highly anticipated free “Perpetual Testing Initiative” DLC is now available for the PC version of Portal 2. The “Perpetual Testing Initiative” allows players to easily create, share, and play Portal 2 puzzles. The Initiative comes with a simplified puzzle maker that allows that creation of mind-bending puzzles without ever leaving the game. Portal fans, here is your first look at the upcoming DLC of Portal 2. Portal 2 Perpetual Testing Initiative DLC is currently in beta phase and Valve has given the green light to all beta testers to release and share their videos from it. The following video from YouTube’s member ‘ValveTime’ is 5 minutes – in length- and shows how to use the Steam Workshop, find maps, download and rate them once you’ve completed it. In addition, you will also take a taste of some of those custom maps that are featured in the beta.
