SEGA has announced that the ‘Turning Point’ update for Company of Heroes 2 is live on Steam. The ‘Turning Point’ update features a host of free content including the eagerly anticipated World Builder, allowing fans to create their own maps, two free multiplayer maps as well as four free multiplayer commanders. On top of the free content players will also be able to purchase the new ‘Victory at Stalingrad’ Theater of War update, four additional multiplayer commanders and new skins. Now that’s a really smart move. Relic has just made available the E3 Single Player Demo mission to the game’s open beta phase. This means that everyone who downloads the open beta client (via Steam) can play the demo that was featured at this year’s E3. Congrats to Relic for offering gamers the ability to play what others did during the biggest gaming event, and we hope that more developers will start offering this kind of things (especially now when game demos are a rarity).
