Interceptor Entertainment has revealed the system requirements for its upcoming remake of Rise Of The Triad. Rise Of The Triad is powered by Unreal Engine 3 and will require a quad-core and 4GB RAM for optimal performance. Unfortunately, Rise Of The Triad won’t support DX10 or DX11, meaning that we can kiss goodbye tessellation. In order to prove its faith towards PC gamers, Interceptor Entertainment has released a new image that pays tribute to the… PC master race. As you’d expect, Rise of the Triad is only coming to the PC – at least for now – though a console version may happen sometime in the future. Interceptor Entertainment has released an 18 minutes video for Rise of the Triad, showcasing the multiplayer mode of this highly anticipated remake. Rise of the Triad is planned for a Summer 2013 release on the PC, and is powered by Epic’s Unreal Engine 3. Interceptor Entertainment has released a new developer diary in which the company discusses about Rise of the Triad’s level design. In addition, the company has unveiled – via this dev diary – that Rise of the Triad will support Nvidia’s PhysX technology. This means that this remake will offer the same (or similar) destructibility to its predecessor, as players will be able to destroy almost every object to pieces and cause havok.
