SEGA’s Football Manager Series Prevails, Electronic Arts Cancels FIFA Manager Series
And SEGA (and Sports Interactive) have officially beaten Electronic Arts. At least that’s what we make out of an open letter in which the big publisher confirmed that it is cancelling its FIFA Manager series. As EA’s open letter claimed, ‘the football manager genre at this level of sophistication is highly specialised and primarily played in two countries (England and Germany), in which – on top of everything – one game has practically dominated the market in recent years.’ And that title is no other than Football Manager. Company of Heroes 2 – Turning Point Update Is Now Live On Steam
SEGA has announced that the ‘Turning Point’ update for Company of Heroes 2 is live on Steam. The ‘Turning Point’ update features a host of free content including the eagerly anticipated World Builder, allowing fans to create their own maps, two free multiplayer maps as well as four free multiplayer commanders. On top of the free content players will also be able to purchase the new ‘Victory at Stalingrad’ Theater of War update, four additional multiplayer commanders and new skins.
