Project CARS member ‘JonZ’ has released a new community trailer for Slightly Mad Studios’ racer that showcases the wet weather effects that have introduced to the game’s latest pre-alpha build. Even though this is pre-alpha stuff, it is pretty obvious that cars can ‘get wet.’ This means that you won’t witness ‘clean and shiny’ cars – during the rain races – that are similar to those of GT5. Project CARS is currently planned for a 2013 release on PC, X360, PS3 and WiiU. Enjoy! Continue reading Project CARS Community Trailer – Wet is Beautiful→
YouTube’s member ‘Stephen Lyon’ has captured the first footage of Project CARS’ wet weather effects. Now before watching this video, let us remind you that pCars is in alpha stage and those effects are brand new. This obviously means that there are some issues and are not optimized or polished. There aren’t any visible rain drops on screen and the rain splashes from the cars are bugged (those particles should be coming from all cars and not from just a few of them). Now this is what most pCars fans have been waiting for. Although we didn’t have any confirmation about such a mode, we always thought that the final game would support it.
