Even though Slightly Mad Studios released some screenshots to show off the ‘Ultra detail’ of Project CARS’ latest build, its community went ahead and captured their own images. As usual, the community screenshots are miles better than the official ones and show off better the new, Ultra detail settings. And although Project CARS looks amazing, we have to admit that the trees need a little more polish. Project CARS member ‘BSNismo’ has captured some new footage from the latest alpha version of the game. As always, Project CARS looks great and BSNismo knows how to create amazing trailers. Slightly Mad Studios the game’s build 141 patch is now available for download to all Team Members that comes with option to race up to 32 opponents, new versions of various tracks and a much-improved user interface featuring a first version of their Digital Manual that helps with settings & car set up. Although Project CARS looks amazing, a lot of PC gamers were complaining about the ‘hand-less’ cockpit view. You see, Project CARS is still in pre-alpha stage and Slightly Mad Studios hadn’t implemented any hands-animations for their drivers in the cockpit view. All that has been changed though, as the latest build of the game comes with… haaaaaands. Slightly Mad Studios released a redux trailer for their upcoming community-based racing sim game, Project CARS. YouTube’s member ‘TheBADNED’ uploaded a teaser trailer for Slightly Mad Studios’ upcoming Test Drive Ferrari game. According to the uploader, this is a trailer from an older version of the game, therefore it does in no way represent the final games quality. Still, it will give you a good idea of what to expect from it and as we can see, the driving is the same with the one in Shift 2. Let’s hope that Slightly Mad Studios will improve it. Enjoy! We know that Project CARS look lovely in screenshots, but how does it look in motion? Well, Slightly Mad Studios released a new build for the game and YT member ‘markao05’ decided to upload a video, in which he drives the Asano LM. This video shows off the new set of physics that were implemented in the game’s latest build and my God does it look sexy. The attention to detail – in the cockpit – is also mind-blowing. Just look at the ‘switches physics’. Project CARS looks amazing and 2012 will definitely be an incredible year for all PC racing sim fans!
