Square Enix has released a new batch of screenshots for THIEF. Now this may be my imagination, but I swear that SweetFX’s sharpening filter can be noticed in these following images. That, or these are some shots that got their beloved ‘photoshop’ treatment. Either way, PC gamers will be able to match these visuals thanks to SweetFX, so there is no point claiming that they are bullshots. THIEF is coming next month on the PC and will support Mantle. In an open letter to all Hitman fans, IO Interactive has unveiled the first details for the next Hitman title. According to the development team, the new Hitman game will be coming on PC and next-gen consoles, and will feature huge, checkpoint-free, sandbox levels. IO Interactive claimed that it’s going back to the roots of the Hitman franchise, and that the new Hitman game will have an open, non-linear level design. THIEF – New Screenshots Released
Square Enix has released a new set of screenshots for THIEF. THIEF is scheduled for a February 25th release, and its PC version will be developed by Nixxes Software. The team responsible for the PC versions of Hitman: Absolution and Deus Ex: Human Revolution will support both AMD’s Mantle and TrueAudio, so it will be interesting to see the benefits of Mantle in older engines such as Unreal Engine 3. To be more precise, 6,112,047 people in total have played Hitman: Absolution and over 9.5 million contracts have been played. Time for yet another live action fan film for yet another video-game. YouTube’s ‘CanCinema’ has shared a new fan film that is based on the latest adventures of Lara Croft. Now I know what you’re wondering – is Lara’s breast big enough? You perverts.
