Team 17 has released the second developer diary for Worms Revolution. Worms Revolutions is built on a new game engine that pushes 3D landscapes with the same level of detail as the 2D landscapes that Team 17 had previously. In addition, Worms Revolution features a special smoke rendering system which has allowed them to do a huge amount of smoke in the game, a fully physics system where physics objects can be destroyed and they have extra properties when some of them are destroyed, and a brand new water system which is custom made. Team17 announced the forthcoming release of Worms Revolution. The game has been developed from the ground up and features a completely new game-engine. Electronic Arts announced today that SEGA will bring its most popular PC game titles to Origin, EA’s direct-to-consumer gaming platform.
