Test Drive: Ferrari Racing Legends is the second racing game that is developed by Slightly Mad Studios, the team behind the Shift series and the upcoming Project CARS. And we bet that a lot of you are wondering whether this will be a sim or an arcade racing game. Well, it won’t be either of them – or both of them in a way – as according to Ian Bell, Test Drive: Ferrari Racing Legends will be as close to a semi-sim racing game as it can possibly can. As promised, MotoGamesTV uploaded some new footage from Slightly Mad Studios’ upcoming Test Drive game, Test Drive: Ferrari Racing Legends. This footage is from the X360 preview version and has ABS and TCS enabled (according to MotoGamesTV, those settings could not be turned off). The footage look really similar to the Shift series, although there seem to be some tweaks to the driving model. What really amazed me was the driver’s ability to avoid a 360 spin at the end of the clip. Now I don’t know if that was due to the assistance aids, but something like that was not possible in Shift 2. Test Drive: Ferrari Racing Legends looks promising and will be released this year on PC, X360 and PS3! Continue reading Test Drive: Ferrari Racing Legends gets new footage→

As we can see, Test Drive: Ferrari won’t be open-ended like Eden Games’ previous titles, something we suspected from the moment we heard about it.
