Ubisoft has just released update 3 on the Public Test Server for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2. As the team noted, the PTS is a separate client from the regular game, available to all owners of The Division 2 on PC, which exists only for testing purposes, and nothing you do there carries over to the live game. According to the release notes, patch 2.1 will have a fix for the bench not upgrading to World Tier 5, which will also fix the issue for players that have their crafting bench stuck in different World Tiers.
