Ah, the Skyrim modding community is crazy. Today we bring you screenshots from a lot of modders. Some of them experimented with their ENBSeries settings, while others showcased their custom-made characters and the game’s environments. New Skyrim PC Beta Update 1.6 Released; introduces mounted combat, offers stability & memory optimizations

Great news for all Skyrim fans as Bethesda has released a new beta update for the PC version of their acclaimed RPG. This new update comes with the introduction of mounted combat, general stability and memory optimizations, as well as optimizations and crash fixes for data leaks, and improved ranged kill cams. Skyrim iCEnhancer – First Screenshot showcases a wonderful… butt

As we informed you yesterday, Hayssam Keilany has started developing an iCEnhancer mod for Skyrim. The modder has been hard at work last night and presented today the first, early screenshot from Skyrim iCEnhancer, that shows off a nice butt. Apart from that though, we can already notice Keilany’s fixes to the whole lighting system. Both saturation and color balance have been tweaked and although Keilany used a DoF filter, the end result is quite amazing. Skyrim Online gets a new video that showcases the game’s animations and equipment

Remember Skyrim Online? Yeap, that amazing mod that offered online functionality to Bethesda’s RPG? Well, good news as the team behind it has released a new video that showcases the chat system, and what players can actually see (people running and walking around with most of the equipment they are wearing). Furthermore, both gender and face morth are synced in the latest version of the mod. This is a really promising mod, so kudos to the team for their work. Comparison: Next-Generation (Unreal Engine 4) vs Current-Generation (CryEngine 3 / Creation)

We bet that a lot of you are wondering how current-generation engines compare to the upcoming, next-generation version of the Unreal Engine, right? Well, time to find out. In this special feature, we compare Crysis 2’s (CryEngine 3) and Skyrim’s engine (the Creation engine) with Epic’s Unreal Engine 4. Although there aren’t similar assets to compare with, we put together screenshots with almost identical scenes. We should also note that for the ‘particles test’ comparison, we used a Crysis shot with an extreme particles mod that is beyond anything we’ve ever seen. We decided to also include a video from this mod, so make sure to watch it and notice how all those sparks are bouncing around without hitting the framerate. Modder ‘Enhok’ released a new version of his ENB Project mod for Skyrim. Project Arise is a complete tweak that combines the latest ENBSeries mod (0.111) and RCRN HDR 3.0. According to the modder, this gives an incredible boost, with the focus on the beauty and realism, without hitting the FPS. Holy Malcolm; Dinosaurs invade Skyrim with the ‘The Dinosaurus Era’ Mod

Modder ‘newermind43’ released an amazing, early version of his ‘The Dinosaurus Era’ mod for Skyrim. This mod currently features 6 new creatures and as you may have guessed, new dinosaurs will be added in newer versions of it.
