The Farm 51 has announced that it is working on a brand new first-person shooter, called World War 3. World War 3 is a multiplayer military FPS set in a modern, global conflict. Get Even – Real Life versus in-game environments comparison video
Bandai Namco has released a new comparison video between the in-game and the real life environments of Get Even. Get Even uses photgrammetry and while the textures look great, its lighting system has been severely downgraded (from its initial reveal). And this video shows how important lighting is as the in-game scenes look flat and bland. So yeah, I’m a bit puzzled as to why Bandai Namco decided to release this video. GET EVEN – PC Performance Analysis
GET EVEN is a game that surprised us when it was initially unveiled in 2013. And in 2014, The Farm 51 showcased a tech demo with some of the best visuals we’ve seen. The Farm 51 claimed that the demo featured in-engine assets, however – and as we’ve already stated – the game has been severely downgraded since then.
