We already know that the gaming industry is basically just a business these days and nothing more. We also know that publishers often interfere with their games’ development and most of the times, this is not a good sign. As promised, THQ released today the second part of their E3 gameplay footage for Metro: Last Light. This video sees Khan and Artyom trying to slip through the enemy station undetected. Although this is an edited level – and not how the actual game will be in the final version, it does showcase some of the Last Light’s strongest features like some really crowded places and its gorgeous graphics. THQ revealed today their earnings report for the first quarter of fiscal year 2012 and quite shockingly, Red Faction: Armageddon didn’t match the company’s expectations. THQ recorded an additional $8 million loss compared to last year’s – $38.4 million compared to last year’s $30.4 million – and the company is really disappointed in their first quarter financial performance.
