Great news for Darksiders fans as Darksiders II PC is now available for pre-purchase on Steam. Those who pre-purchase it now will receive the Darksiders II “Arguls Tomb” expansion, the first DLC pack, when it becomes available after launch. THQ today announced that all pre-orders of Darksiders II on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, will receive a complimentary upgrade to the Limited Edition. The Darksiders II Limited Edition will include the standard retail game along with a unique code allowing the purchaser the opportunity to download the game’s first single player downloadable content pack, Argul’s Tomb for free once it becomes available. WWE WrestleFest Coming To Steam In Summer 2012

Back in the days, I really loved all those 2D wrestling games. My favourite one was WWF WrestleFest. Man, that was one of the best arcade games ever. The roster was amazing, the graphics were awesome for that age, gameplay was top-notch and hit detection was polished. THQ has released five new screenshots for their Unreal Tournament-like game, Nexuiz. Developed by Denver-based IllFonic and powered by CryENGINE 3, Nexuiz promises to re-invent classic, fast-paced arena first-person shooter gameplay for the modern console audience with the addition of Dynamic Mutators – game-changing power ups that can turn the tide of battle in an instant. Saints Row: The Third – No More DLC Weapons On The Main Story/City Due To Memory Issues

Back when Saints Row: The Third was about to get released, Volition promised 40 weeks of DLC. That was a big task and although the team is trying to keep new downloaded content coming, players will not be able to carry their new, beloved weapons in the main story / city. Why you ask? But because Volition is facing some memory issues with Saints Row: The Third game engine. This applies to both the PC and console versions, even though PCs already have insane amounts of unused memory. THQ and IllFonic have released the launch trailer of their upcoming Arena FPS game, Nexuiz. Inspired by the giants of the Arena FPS genre, Nexuiz reinvents twitch gaming for next generation consoles and PC. The game will feature 100 ‘Dynamic Mutators’, 9 arenas, and 4v4 multiplayer matches.Nexuiz is scheduled for a February 29th release on current generation consoles and PC. Modder introduces Global Illumination in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl

Modder ‘ketxxx’ is developing a promising mod for GSC GameWorld’s STALKER called, STALKER Twilight K.E.T 2.Zero. The envisionment of TK is to bring you what was promised by GSC for STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl, instead of what was offered. ketxxx has been experimenting with Global Illumination and has released a new footage to show off his work. Metro: Last Light is delayed to Q1 2013

Bad news for those that were looking forward to THQ’s and 4A Games’ upcoming FPS, Metro: Last Light, as the game has been delayed to Q1 2013. According to the publisher, this delay will give them time to “enhance and polish the gameplay of this hidden gem” as well as secure a better launch window. Oh, and the game’s marketing budget has been doubled but who cares, right? This doesn’t concern gamers. So, no Metro: Last Light for you this year. Bummer. New Darksiders 2 Screenshots

THQ has released some new screenshots for Darksiders 2. Darksiders 2 follows the exploits of DEATH, one of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse, in a weaving tale that runs parallel to the events in the original Darksiders game. This epic journey propels DEATH through various light and dark realms as he tries to redeem his brother WAR, the horseman who was blamed for prematurely starting the Apocalypse in Darksiders.
