The publisher claimed that while it is very happy with where the game and its wide mix of new and classic features are today, it has decided to delay it in order to further polish it. Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 promises to run faster in DirectX 12 + new screenshots

In an interview with PCGamesHardware, Ubisoft’s Technical Director Calle Lejdfors revealed that Tom Clancy’s The Division, like its predecessor, will support DirectX 12 alongside DirectX 11. Furthermore, and contrary to games like Resident Evil 2 Remake, it is said that the DX12 mode will run better/faster than DX11. Multiplayer trailer released for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2

Ubisoft has released a multiplayer trailer for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, showcasing the game’s Dark Zone and Conflict modes. The Dark Zone is a PvE/PvP mode that was originally included in the first game and has been expanded in this sequel, whereas the Conflict will be a PvP mode.
