Bethesda has released Wolfenstein: The New Order, a remake of id Software’s classic FPS title that was developed by MachineGames, and it’s time to see how this new game performs on the PC platform. Wolfenstein: The New Order is powered by id Tech 5 and its official requirements got us off guard. You see, Bethesda claimed that an i7 processor is the minimum CPU requirement for this title, something that made us wonder whether the PC version was as un-optimized as it could get or not. Wolfenstein: The New Order – Leaked Footage Shows Underwhelming AI
As we’ve already said, the old-gen console versions of Wolfenstein: The New Order have been leaked and players have been sharing videos from it. And while there is a day-one patch that MachineGames has prepared for it, it appears that the vanilla version suffers from a really awful enemy AI system. We’d go as far to say that the new Wolfenstein game looks boring (from both the above and the following video), though we have to keep in mind that things may get better once players apply the day-one patch.
