Perfect World Entertainment and Zombie Studios announced that their free-to-play FPS, Blacklight: Retribution, will hit Steam and will be packed with both Steam Achievements and Stats. Although the companies have not announced any release date yet, we can expect it to hit Valve’s distribution service ‘soon’.
