Last month, we informed you about a VR mod that is in development for almost all games that use the RE Engine. And today, Residence of Evil shared a video, showing 12 minutes of gameplay footage from Resident Evil 2 Remake with this VR mod.
This VR Mod will offer full motion controls, and will work with almost all RE Engine games. As such, you will be able to use it with Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil 3 Remake, and Monster Hunter Rise.
The RE Engine VR Mod is currently in beta phase. From what we know, its creator plans to release the first public version by the end of 2021. And, as you will see, it looks absolutely amazing. Ironically, this mod may have the same effect as Half-Life Alyx had back in 2020. I mean, who doesn’t want to experience the latest Resident Evil games in VR?
Enjoy the video and stay tuned for more!
