Ubisoft has released a new trailer for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag in which associate producer Sylvain Trottier gives us a glimpse of the technical advancements making Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag the fullest and most realistic Assassin’s Creed game ever created (or at least that’s what the company claims). Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will support – among other things – lots of rain particles and 3D foliage, dynamic ripple shaders, screen space reflections, volumetric flog and global illumination. Enjoy!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
