It appears that some new gameplay footage from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2’s single-player campaign has been leaked online. In the following video, we get to see almost two minutes of gameplay footage. However, this is off-camera footage so yeah, don’t expect anything particularly impressive from it.
Now the good news is that this video shows off some scripted sequences that players will experience. One of them appears to be a car chase which looks kind of cool. The other is an underwater sequence but the leaker has zoomed in the camera and we can barely see anything.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II will drop players into an unprecedented global conflict that features the return of the iconic Operators of Task Force 141. From small-scale, high-stakes infiltration tactical ops to highly classified missions, players will deploy alongside friends in a truly immersive experience.
Activision will release this new COD game on October 28th. Its Multiplayer Open Beta phase will also begin on September 24th. Moreover, those who will purchase the game will be able to play the SP Mode one week before its official release.
Enjoy!
