Activision has released a brand new multiplayer beta trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. This trailer will give you a small glimpse at what you can expect from the upcoming open beta phase that begins on September 19th.
The multiplayer beta phase will last until September 23rd. Moreover, and as its title suggests, it will be open, meaning that everyone will be able to download and play it.
It’s also worth noting that the final version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will support cross-play between PC, Xbox One and PS4. From what we’ve heard, the open beta will support cross-play, meaning that you will be able to play with your friends no matter the platform they use.
The modes that will be available in the beta phase are the 2v2 Gunfight mode and 6v6 squad combat. Furthermore, a firefight mode with even larger player counts will most likely be available. In this mode, players will also be able to drive vehicles (as we can see in the following trailer).
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare releases on October 25th.
Enjoy!
