Activision and Infinity Ward have released a new video for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, showing almost six minutes of gameplay footage from the game’s Gunfight multiplayer mode. Gunfight is said to be a new fast-paced, close quarters, 2v2 multiplayer mode that will be featured in this new COD game.
Infinity Ward claims that Gunfight is only a fraction of what’s to come, and that we will learn more about the multiplayer universe of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on Thursday, August 1st during the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Multiplayer Gameplay Premiere.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare has been under development for more than two years and Infinity Ward promises to offer a really good looking title. The game will take advantage of photogrammetry, as well as real-time ray tracing effects on the PC.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is currently planned for an October 25th release.
Enjoy!
