YouTube’s ‘Bear Gaming Asia’ has shared a comparison video between the vanilla and the latest 1.5 versions of Cyberpunk 2077. This video will give you a glimpse at some of the AI and physics improvements that this latest update brings to the table.
Going into some more details, Update 1.5 finally introduces proper water physics. Additionally, it will now allow players to break the windows of all cars.
The NPCs also behave better now. For instance, when you point a gun at them, they will flee the area (instead of just sitting there). You can also no longer use them as stationary shields when fighting cops.
In other news, CD Projekt RED stated that it has no plans to add a Metro system to the game. And while this is disappointing news, PC players can already download a mod that implements such a system. There is also an enhanced Photo Mode Unlocker that you can download. Furthermore, this mod adds support for TrackIR. And lastly, you can try this third-person mod.
Overall, Cyberpunk 2077 is in a pretty good state. Although it’s not perfect, it’s definitely better than what we got back in December 2020.
Enjoy!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
