Level Infinite and TiMi Studio Group just dropped a new gameplay trailer for Delta Force: Hawk Ops. In this trailer, the game gives off vibes of Call of Duty, Battlefield, and Overwatch all rolled into one package. So, let’s take a closer look at it.
First off, the game’s movement and shooting feel exactly like those we have in Call of Duty. Then, there are the vehicles and the destructible environments like in the Battlefield games. And at the end of the trailer, there are these sci-fi powers, just like what you’d see in a hero shooter like Overwatch. So, it appears that it’s got a bit of everything.
For instance, players will be able to dash jump. Another ability for a specific operator will allow you to shoot arrows. And then there are some UAV drones that can deploy a smoke screen. The Medic operator will also have the ability to heal his teammates.
Now I don’t know how destructible the environments will be. Will we get something similar to Battlefield in which you can cause extended havoc and chaos? Or will this destruction be limited? As for the abilities, the game will have different operators to choose from. At launch, there will be four operators.
Delta Force: Hawk Ops will launch with three game modes. These modes are Hazard Operations, Havoc Warfare and Black Hawk Down. In the first mode, players can form a 3-man squad to complete impossible missions. Havoc Warfare is the game’s “Battlefield” mode, in which you will fight in massive-scale battles on land, sea, and air. And yes, there will be vehicles to control. Finally, Black Hawk Down will be a remaster of the classic IP that aims to provide a cinematic experience.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
