Square Enix has just released the launch trailer for Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition. Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition will feature higher-quality assets than its console versions and supports minor modding capabilities at launch.
Final Fantasy XV will support cross-play co-op between Xbox One and Windows 10. Furthermore, Square Enix also promised that it has fixed the stuttering and LOD/Hairworks issues that plagued its benchmark tool.
Final Fantasy XV on the PC is protected by the Denuvo anti-tamper tech. Square Enix has provided us with a review code so we’ll be sure to test both the Denuvo and the Denuvo-free versions in order to see whether this anti-tamper tech does impact performance in an open-world game.
Also note that both AMD and NVIDIA have released optimized drivers for Final Fantasy XV. AMD users can download the AMD Radeon Adrenalin 18.3.1 driver from here and NVIDIA users can download the NVIDIA GeForce 391.01 WHQL driver from here.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
