Sony has released the first gameplay trailer for Nioh 2. Nioh 2 is being developed by Team Ninja and will be published by KOEI Tecmo, and from the looks of it a closed beta phase is currently planned for PS4. KOEI Tecmo has not confirmed the platforms for which Nioh 2 will release, so we might see it hitting the PC (like its predecessor did).
This first gameplay trailer for Nioh 2 will give you an idea of what you can expect from it. As we can see, the game feels similar to the first Nioh game visually. Moreover, it appears to retain its “Dark Souls” gameplay difficulty and style, something that will please its fans.
Unfortunately, KOEI Tecmo has not revealed any details at all for Nioh 2 so we don’t have anything more to share. Here is hoping that the game will find its way on the PC (as the first Nioh game, in its current state, feels and plays great on the PC even with mouse and keyboard).
Stay tuned for more!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
