Capcom finally released gameplay footage from the upcoming remake. Resident Evil 3 Remake is a re-imagination of the original Resident Evil 3. It’s been twenty years since the initial release of the original game. Resident Evil 3 Remake will come out this April.
From what I have seen the game looks pretty good except a few things. The new dodge/evade mechanic looks a bit over the top. Jill now rolls to evade danger and to be honest it looks a bit weird. It’s like Dark Souls all over again.
I don’t know about you guys, but I personally loathe the rolling mechanic in almost every game. Visually, I think the original evade/dodge looked better, because it simply looked more realistic. Hopefully it will make more sense while you are playing the game.
The Nemesis looks very similar to Mr. X. The punching animation looks almost the same and also looks like he can spam attacks. The whole fight looks a bit off but maybe it’s just the person who is playing the game.
I had a hope that Capcom will change the zombie attack animations to something different than a completely unrealistic bite to the freaking jugular. I mean come on! Not even an immune, Chris ‘Beefcake’ Redfield, from Resident Evil 6 could survive that.
Capcom confirmed that a demo of the game will be available some time before the official release.

Below you can watch fifteen minutes of gameplay from Resident Evil 3 Remake.
The Raccoon city zombie apocalypse will begin on April 3rd. Better stock on ammunition and herbs.
Thanks Game Informer.
Chris was born in the early 80’s along with the very birth of home gaming. After spending many maaany drachmas on arcades, his father decided to buy him a PC instead of going bankrupt. He lived through the advancing and development of the gaming industry, having played TONS of games on all platforms. He is always honest and will never hesitate to give his true opinion on a game no matter what. Loves stealth games and dislikes microtsansactions, DLC and pre-ordering…who doesn’t after all?!
