In January, we informed you about a new multiplayer body-cam shooter that will be powered by Unreal Engine 5, called Bodycam. In a way, Bodycam is Unrecord with multiplayer. And below, you can find a video showcasing 37 minutes of gameplay footage from it.
From what we know, Reissad Studio launched the first playtest for this game on January 21st. So, my guess is that this gameplay footage is from that playtest.
To capture this gameplay footage, ENFANT TERRIBLE used an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090. And although there aren’t any performance stats on screen, the game appears to be running smoothly.
As with all pre-release video-game gameplay footage, this video does not represent the quality of the product. Still, it can give you an idea of what this small studio is creating.
Reissad Studio is basically a two-man team. And yes, Bodycam uses a lot of UE5’s stock assets. However, the fact that two people have managed to create this is quite impressive.
Reissad Studio has also shared the game’s official PC system requirements. PC gamers will at least need an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or Intel Core i7-9700K with 8GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 5700 or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070. The devs recommend using an AMD Ryzen 7 3800X or Intel Core i7-10700K with 16GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060.
Finally, there is still no ETA on when the game will come out. Naturally, though, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
