The Forgotten City is a standalone game based on the award winning mod for the beloved RPG, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The mod was initially released back in 2015 on Nexus.
Now it has more than twenty-four thousand endorsements, and half a million of total downloads. This game is a re-imagining of the original mod that won a national Writers’ Guild award.
The original mod offers a unique six to eight hour experience. The player has to solve a murder in an ancient underground city. The story provides a dark, non-linear experience, where the player has to interrogate suspects, explore the city, and navigate challenging moral dilemmas. The mod also features multiple endings, an original orchestral score, and professionally voiced dialogue.
Features:
- Explore an authentic, open-world ancient Roman city brought to life with Unreal Engine
- Become entwined in the lives of richly detailed, deeply interactive characters
- Grapple with moral dilemmas which have life-and-death consequences
- Investigate a gripping, non-linear mystery with multiple endings
- Role-play as whoever you want, by choosing your own sex, race and backstory
- Solve problems your own way, with reason, charm, bribery, stealth, intimidation, or by cleverly exploiting the time-loop

Chris was born in the early 80’s along with the very birth of home gaming. After spending many maaany drachmas on arcades, his father decided to buy him a PC instead of going bankrupt. He lived through the advancing and development of the gaming industry, having played TONS of games on all platforms. He is always honest and will never hesitate to give his true opinion on a game no matter what. Loves stealth games and dislikes microtsansactions, DLC and pre-ordering…who doesn’t after all?!
