Microsoft and Rare have released the official launch trailer for Sea of Thieves. Sea of Thieves is a pirate-themed shared world adventure game, offering the essential pirate experience, packed to the seams with sailing and exploring, fighting and plundering, riddle solving and treasure hunting.
Sea of Thieves features some truly amazing water physics and will offer cross-play between the Xbox One and Windows 10. With no set roles, players have complete freedom to approach the world, and other players, however they choose.
The game is currently planned for a March 20th release, and it promises to run incredibly well on a variety of PC configurations. Furthermore, Rare and Microsoft do not plan to implement any loot boxes.
Microsoft will provide us with a review code so stay tuned for our PC Performance Analysis!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
