Embark Studios, the developers behind the free-to-play online fast-paced first-person shooter, THE FINALS, is currently working on a PVPVE extraction shooter, called Arc Raiders. And, from the looks of it, the first gameplay footage from its closed beta phase has been leaked online.
Arc Raiders is a third-person, PVPVE extraction shooter, set in a lethal future earth. The game promises to drop players into a lethal but stunningly beautiful future earth, with hair-raising moments of survival and suspense.
Do note that this leaked video does not show much. Not only that, but it’s of low quality. The most important things in the leaked video are the menus. And… well… that’s basically it. So yeah, while technically this is a gameplay leak, it’s more of a menu leak. Yeah, that would be a more accurate description.
Anyway, Arc Raiders will be using Unreal Engine (most likely 5) and promises to feature some cool physics effects. Or at least that’s what its reveal gameplay trailer implied (which I also included below). Small update, but you can find a video showing real gameplay footage here.
