YouTube’s ‘Cycu1’ and early graphics video comparison between the original and the remake of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. This video highlights some of the graphical changes that players can expect from this upcoming remake.
For this comparison, Cycu1 used the first direct feed screenshots of the remake. The YouTuber then matched the exact same locations in the original version of the game. And, as you’ll see, the graphical jump is tremendous.
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Remake will be a faithful recreation of the original story and game design. Moreover, its development team will be evolving the gameplay with stunning visuals and a seamless user experience.
It’s also worth noting that Konami will be using the original voice actors for this remake. My guess is that the team will be re-using the voices/dialogues of the original. And, I don’t really mind that as we’ll get David Hayter as Big Boss.
There is currently no ETA on when Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Remake will come out. Naturally, though, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
Enjoy!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
