IIapagokc has released a brand new gameplay video for the upcoming Alien fan game, Alien: Hope For The Future. This video is based on the latest build of this fan game, and will give you a glimpse at what its creator has developed over the past few months.
Alien: Hope for the future is an Immersive sim project with elements of survival-horror and tactics. This isn’t a commercial game, meaning that it will be distributed for free to everyone once it’s complete.
The story of the game takes place in “Hadly’s Hope” colony , before and during the xenomorph incident. Therefore, players will assume the role of one of the colonists. Players will have to survive by finding some supplies for them and other colonists. Players will also be able to avoid or fight xenomorphs.
The game is using the Unity Engine and there is no ETA on when it will come out. There is also no word on whether IIapagokc will release a public demo for it.
Thankfully, IIapagokc has not received yet any C&D letter. However, and since Disney now owns the Alien franchise, things may change in the future.
Enjoy the video and stay tuned for more!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
