Jhosep Chevarria Capacoila has released two new gameplay videos for his upcoming Unreal Engine 4-powered open-world game that is inspired by Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption, AQP City. These videos showcase one of te game’s cities and a beach.
Now even though there is still no ETA on when this game will come out, the city environment looks a bit dated (at least for today’s standards). However, we should not forget that this is an indie game and not a triple-A one.
On the other hand, the beach environment looks gorgeous. There are some shortcomings (the wave/ocean tech is not that great for example) but, overall, this environment looks great.
Let’s hope that Jhosep Chevarria Capacoila will also release some videos to showcase the in-game characters because right now the city feels lifeless.
Enjoy!
