At its Showcase 2024 event, THQ Nordic shared new trailers for Wreckfest 2, Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed and Tarsier Studios’ unannounced game. And, since we don’t have enough details for the two of them, we’ve decided to share all of them in one article.
Wreckfest 2 is the sequel to Bugbear’s demolition derby themed racing game. The sequel will feature a completely overhauled physics engine for even more realistic destruction, fully customizable cars that you can share with other players and revamped game modes including a brand-new split screen mode.
Then we have Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed. This is a remake of Disney Epic Mickey, a vibrant 3D platformer that originally came on Nintendo Wii in 2010. In this game, players will be able to explore a reimagined Wasteland, full of Disney’s timeless characters and stories. Their main weapon will be a magic brush. As such, they will be able to paint to create and thinner to alter.
Finally, we have the teaser trailer for Tarsier Studios’ unannounced game. Tarsier Studios is the team behind Little Nightmares I and II. According to THQ Nordic, this will be unlike anything we’ve seen before from this studio. We’ll also find out more about it at Gamescom Opening Night Live 2024, on August 20th.
Enjoy!
