It’s been a while since our last look at the best Xbox 360 emulator for PC, Xenia. And, since our reader
shared a video showing Ninja Gaiden 2 running on it, we’ve decided to share a few of them. As such, below you can find videos showing Red Dead Redemption, Condemned 2, Gears of War Judgement, Lollipop Chainsaw and Ninja Gaiden 2 running on the latest version of Xenia. Now as you will see, Red Dead Redemption still has some performance/optimization issues. From what I know, this game runs better on RPCS3 than on Xenia. Therefore, we suggest using RPCS3 instead of Xenia. At least for now. Even with RPCS3 though there are some performance and graphical glitches, so don’t expect a perfect gaming experience. This game runs better on Xenia than on RPCS3. Thus, we suggest using the Xbox 360 emulator and not the PS3 emulator in case you want to play it. The gaming experience is not perfect yet, though we may – one day – be able to play it at 60fps and without any graphical glitches. That, or Take-Two may release a remastered version of it on PC in the near future.
You can download the latest version of Xenia from here.
Enjoy!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
