YouTube’s ‘Cycu1’ has released a comparison video between the Remake and the Original versions of Resident Evil 2. This video shows the entire 1-Shot Demo (the PC demo will release in around 9 hours on Steam) so I strongly suggest avoiding it in case you want to experience it yourselves.
For everyone else that is not really interested in playing the demo, this video will give you an idea of the graphical improvements between these two games. Resident Evil 2 was originally released in 1998 and its Remake is coming out after almost 21 years.
As Cycu1 stated, this is comparison of raw, unedited walkthroughs (no cuts were made on both videos to show how they are different in terms of scenario). As such, the gameplay sequences are not properly synced and this may frustrate some that want to see the differences between these two games.
Resident Evil 2 Remake is currently planned for a January 25th release.
Enjoy!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
