505 Games has shared a new gameplay trailer for its upcoming Souls-like action RPG, WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers. In this trailer, we get to take a taste of the game’s combat. So, if you are a fan of the genre, you should definitely check it out.
WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers is set in the land of Shu during the dark and tumultuous late Ming Dynasty, plagued with warring factions and a mysterious illness spawning monstrous creatures.
In this game, players will assume the role of Wuchang, a skilled pirate warrior struck by amnesia, who must navigate the uncertainties of her mysterious past while afflicted by the horrific Ornithropy disease.
Players will explore the depths of Shu, enhancing their arsenal and mastering new skills harvested from fallen foes. Moreover, they will evolve their fighting style by sacrificing elusive Red Mercury and further develop new techniques obtained throughout their action-packed journey.
Not only that but you will be able to augment the weapons in your repertoire with powerful enchantments, allowing for a unique approach to combat and strategy that suits your personal style.
Players will battle against grotesque abominations, drawing on ancient lore to challenge the creeping darkness that threatens the humanity that remains. The game also promises to have a rich storyline, dynamic combat system, and breathtaking visuals.
505 Games plans to release WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers on the PC in 2025.
