In March 2022, we informed you about Bloodborne Kart; a free fan Kart game based on Bloodborne, featuring PSX-style graphics. And today, we are happy to share a new video, showcasing five minutes of gameplay footage from it.
This video shows off the Gascoigne Boss Fight from the game’s campaign mode. Yeap, you read that right. Bloodborne Kart will feature a campaign mode. This mode will have a linear progression of levels with little story cards in between to string them all together.
As its creator, Lilith Walther explained:
“Campaign mode will feature a linear progression of levels with little story cards in between to string them all together. There are three types of levels: Races, battles, and special. The first two are self-explanatory, but special stages offer unique scenarios like this boss fight here!
Winning levels will reward the player with racer and kart unlocks, echoes to level up and insight, the number of which varies depending on player performance. Like Bloodborne PSX before it, collect all insight to unlock something special at the end”
Bloodborne Kart looks retro-amazing, and we can’t wait to get our hands on it. Unfortunately, though, there is currently no ETA on when it will come out.
Lastly, we suggest downloading the Bloodborne PSX Demake from here.
Enjoy!
