Guido Mariano is currently working on a VR remake of Star Wars Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast that looks absolutely incredible. And, although there isn’t any ETA on when it will come out, you can find below some WIP gameplay videos.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any additional details about this project. From the looks of it, it’s still in a very early development stage. Still, I’m certain that most Star Wars fans will find it cool.
Speaking of Star Wars VR, the Star Wars Dark Forces fan remake in Unreal Engine 4 will also support VR. Last month, we shared a VR video that you can find here. Dark Forces 2.0 will be faithful to the original game, and will feature a massive asset overhaul. Moreover, it will have original voice sounds, characters and more.
Let’s now hope that Lucas Arts and Disney won’t shut down these two fan projects.
Enjoy!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
