Codeless Studio has shared a video, showcasing its fan remake of Silent Hill in Epic’s latest engine, Unreal Engine 5. This video will give you an idea of what a Silent Hill Remake could look like on a modern-day engine.
For those wondering, Codeless Studio does not plan to release this project to the public. As such, you won’t be able to play it. Still, I’m certain that most Silent Hill fans will find this fan remake cool.
Codeless Studio has recreated some of the game’s environments in Unreal Engine 5, and implemented some basic gameplay mechanics. The team also claims that the footage in this video is from a pre-alpha build.
Ironically, this looks better than what Konami would produce internally. I mean, take a look at what the company has done to our beloved PES series, eFootball 2022.
Lastly, and speaking of Unreal Engine 5 fan remakes, we also suggest taking a look at the following ones. Last month, we shared a Half Life 2 Fan Remake in Unreal Engine 5. This Zelda Ocarina of Time UE5 Remake also looks amazing. Additionally, this fan remake of Final Fantasy IX looks incredible. And, finally, here are an Oblivion fan remake and a Skyrim remake.
Enjoy!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
