NACON has just released a new in-engine trailer for its upcoming open-world racing game, Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown. According to the devs, this trailer shows another way to play TDU, one that illustrates how much fun it is to win races, take on other players, upgrade your car and constantly strive for better performance.
Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown will feature a 1:1 scale recreation of Hong Kong Island. According to the developers, the game will retain the DNA of previous games while introducing a contemporary vision of the multiplayer racing genre.
Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown promises to feature the most eye-catching cars from a range of manufacturers, including the most prestigious: Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Koenigsegg, Dodge, Apollo and many others.
Players will be able to freely explore the island or take part in various competitions. Moreover, there will be a heavy focus on customization and on social experience.
Nacon announced this new Test Drive game in 2020. And, ironically enough, the game was originally targeting a 2022 release date. Currently, Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown targets a 2024 release date.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
