Nexon has released a cinematic story trailer for its Unreal Engine 5-powered third-person co-op action RPG shooter, The First Descendant.
As the press release reads, the trailer shares new lore and background details for fans of the upcoming sci-fi co-op shooter.
Nexon has also announced that the game’s upcoming Steam beta will run from Thursday, October 20th, 2022 at 00:00 PDT until Wednesday, October 26th, 2022 at 23:59 PDT. The beta will have a total of 10 unlockable characters, each with unique abilities. Players can also expect to find missions, weapons, grappling hooks, and huge boss fights.
The First Descendant will be the first Unreal Engine 5 game we can try. I don’t believe the game uses Lumen or Nanite, but we’ll at least see how a game using Epic’s latest engine actually runs.
Lastly, here are the game’s official PC system requirements.
Enjoy!
