Kepler Interactive has shared an amazing 6-minute gameplay trailer for its upcoming turn-based RPG with real-time elements, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. This looks really cool, so don’t sleep on it.
In this turn-based RPG, players will have real-time actions at their disposal. According to the devs, these real-time action will enhance the heart of the turn-based combat.
Players will be able to craft unique builds for their Expeditioners that fit their playstyle via gear, stats, skills, and character synergies. Moreover, they will be able to dodge, parry, and counter in real time, chain combos by mastering attack rhythms, and target enemy weak points using a free aim system.
The devs have also shared some preliminary PC requirements. So, let’s take a look at them.
According to these early PC specs, PC gamers will at least need an AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Six-Core with 8GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti. The game will also need 55GB of free disk space. Moreover, it will be using the DX12 (which comes as no surprise. After all, it will be powered by UE5).
Sandfall Interactive recommends an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X Six-Core with 16GB of RAM. The devs also recommend using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070.
As said, these are preliminary PC specs. In other words, they may change once the game reaches is final state.
There is currently no ETA on when Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 will come out. Naturally, though, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
Enjoy!
