Focus Entertainment has released a new 6-minute gameplay trailer for Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2. According to the publisher, the game’s Creative Director, Oliver Hollis-Leick, narrates the video. In it, he explains more about the main story, multiplayer modes, and how players can level up in the game.
This trailer finally lets us enjoy more than one to two minutes of gameplay footage. And, man. The amount of enemies on screen will seriously “wow” you. At times, Space Marine 2 feels like a Serious Sam game. I really liked everything that Focus presented in this trailer. Let’s now hope that the single-player campaign will be lengthy and of good quality.
In Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, you get to be a powerful Space Marine, one of the Emperor’s greatest warriors. The game promises to offer awesome abilities and really strong weapons to wipe out the Tyranid enemies. You’ll also be able to unleash your skills and take down relentless hordes.
Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 will be powered by Saber Interactive’s proprietary engine. This engine was also used in World War Z which ran extremely well on PC. So, we are curious to see how this new Warhammer game will run with its dozens of enemies that can appear on screen.
Focus Entertainment will release Space Marine 2 on September 9th, 2024. For those wondering, the publisher hasn’t revealed the game’s official PC system requirements. As soon as it does, we’ll be sure to share them with you.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
